DESTINY( future) through strong Christian foundation and ethos. We love all and hate none according as we’re commanded in Matthew 22:39 to love our neighbour as ourselves

Aims and Objectives

• We offer the best in resources, happy & stimulating environment, qualified staff and curriculum to welcome, value and nurture every child with due regard to their individual uniqueness demonstrating God’s love in action to everyone.

• Excellence! Is our core valueWe aim to satisfy and exceed the expectations of parents, children, staff and Ofsted to be an Outstanding provision which is the number one choice of all stakeholders.

• The Early Years Foundation stage overarching principles are strongly upheld within our Christian ethos and shape practice in our setting

1. Every child is A Unique Child who is constantly learning and can be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.

Each child is taught of how amazing and wonderful they are, unique and capable to reach their potential in all aspects of their life.

2. Children learn to be strong and independent through Positive Relationships.

Friendship, trust and positive relationships will be promoted whilst encouraging good manners and fostering self-confidence. We aspire to bring out the best in all children, developing their awareness of God and His love for them and how we can love one another.

3. Children learn and develop well in Enabling Environments, in which their experiences respond to their individual needs and there is a strong partnership between practitioners and parents and/or carers.

We value the unique part parents/carers play in a child’s development and seek to build strong partnership where parents views are sort and included in creating enabling environment unique for our children.

4. Children develop and learn in different ways and at different rates Jesus became wiser and grew physically.

Each child will be recognised as a unique individual and we will aim to develop each child, supporting them to reach their potential

We see each parent as a partner in the child’s development and therefore engage both children and parents to enhance our provision of care.
